We want the purchase and shipping process to be as convenient and fast as possible for you, so if you have a complaint, doubt or comment, we greatly appreciate you writing to tell us. Without knowing it we can’t improve, and a tug of ears can come in handy from time to time. Here we are, please let us know.
*What are the shipping costs and delivery time?
- SPAIN (Peninsula): 4,90€ – 24h-72h working
- SPAIN (Balearic), PORTUGAL and ANDORRA: 8€ – 3 to 5 working days
- ITALY, GERMANY, UNITED KINGDOM, AUSTRIA, LOW COUNTRIES, LUXEMBOURG, BELGIUM and FRANCE: 9.99€ – 5 to 10 working days
- REST UE: 15€ – 10 working days
- REST WORLD: 20€ – 15 working days
In the shipments to United Kingdom, fill the passport number in the “Company name” field of the Checkout form.
For orders over 70 euros the shipping is free (valid in Spain Peninsula).
For orders over 100 euros the shipping is free (other destinations).
- We do not ship to the following destinations: Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Jersey, Channel Islands, Guerney, Netherlands Antilles, San Marino, Gibraltar, Greenland, Azores Islands, Martinique, French Guiana, Faroe Islands, North Korea and Cuba.
The important thing is that you are satisfied with our products so we give you the FIRST FREE CHANGE for all orders with delivery in Spain.
We take the utmost care to make the images of each item and the size information as real as possible.
We have prepared a table of measurements of each article that you can consult in the sheet of each product in the carousel of images, this table indicates the measurements of that product so that you can compare with another T-shirt, hoodie,… so you don’t miss with choosing your size Szölt & Frog.
But don’t worry, if you trust us, you place your order and when the item comes home you do not stay as you expected or you need to change the size because you have gone over with the nougats…, we explain the procedure to make these changes:
- Send us a contact message here telling us your order and the products to change, as well as the new sizes
- Have ready the product to change in its original packaging and with all its labels and after confirming with you the collection address a courier of our service will go to it to collect the initial product and leave your new size.
In case the change is made outside Spain it will have to pay the equivalent of the original shipping cost to the country of collection, to pay the costs of both sending the new item and collecting the initial.
Free size changes are limited to one change per order (pick-up/delivery order), with an additional cost if a second change is desired.
If after receiving the order, for whatever reason you are not happy with it and prefer to receive a refund of the amount you must proceed as follows:
- Send us a contact message here telling us your order and the products to be returned
- You must return the product to our warehouse (we will provide you with the delivery address) in the same condition as you received it with the bag and factory label. In case you prefer you can make use of the pick-up service of our courier with a cost of 4€ for Spain (peninsula).
- Once verified in our warehouses that the item is in perfect condition you will be refunded the amount paid for the returned products.

If we mistakenly send you something wrong, we apologize in advance, we will give ourselves a collejoon and ask you to contact us here indicating the problem.
