Shipping

We are committed to receiving your order within 24h-72 hours of work from the time you place your purchase.
Our transport agency CORREOS EXPRESS and we will work hard so that you receive your szölt&frog products as soon as possible. We want the purchase and shipping process to be as convenient and fast as possible for you, so if you have a complaint, doubt or comment, we greatly appreciate you writing to tell us. Without knowing it we can’t improve, and a tug of ears can come in handy from time to time. Here we are, please let us know.

*What are the shipping costs and delivery time?

For orders over 100€ the shipping is free (valid in Peninsula).
For orders over 160€, shipping is free (all other destinations).

Changes

The important thing is that you are satisfied with our products so we give you the FIRST FREE CHANGE for all orders with delivery in Spain.

We take the utmost care to make the images of each item and the size information as real as possible.
We have prepared a table of measurements for each item which you can consult here

This table shows the measurements of that product so you can compare it with another t-shirt, sweatshirt, … that you have at home and so you will not fail with the choice of your Szölt & Frog size.

But don’t worry, if you trust us, you place your order and when the item comes home you do not stay as you expected or you need to change the size because you have gone over with the nougats…, we explain the procedure to make these changes:

  1. Log in to our Returns/Exchanges Portal

    https://e.amphoralogistics.com/Szolt

    and enter your order number (5-digit number that comes after the “#” symbol in the confirmation email), as well as your delivery address zip code.
  2. Select the garments you wish to exchange, as well as the new size you wish to receive.
  3. Our Customer Service team will review your application for approval or contact you if more information is needed.
  4. You will be provided with delivery labels, please put the garments in an envelope with the original packaging, attach these labels and take it to the nearest post office.
  5. As soon as we receive your package, we will send the new size requested to your home address.

In case the change is made outside Spain the cost of the service will be 10€ for the EU, except for UK which will be 15€, this payment will be made via bank transfer to an account that will be provided.

Free size changes are limited to one change per order (pick-up/delivery order), with an additional cost if a second change is desired.

Returns

If after receiving the order, for whatever reason you are not happy with it and prefer to receive a refund of the amount you must proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to our Returns/Exchanges Portal

    and enter your order number (5-digit number that comes after the “#” symbol in the confirmation email), as well as your delivery address zip code.
  2. Select the items you wish to return.
  3. Our Customer Service team will review your application for approval or contact you if more information is needed.
  4. You will be provided with delivery labels, please put the garments in an envelope with the original packaging, attach these labels and take it to the nearest post office.
  5. Please note that the cost of the return service will be 5€ for returns in Spain, 10€ EU and 15€ for UK, this amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be returned.
  6. Once verified in our warehouses that the item is in perfect condition, you will be refunded the amount paid for the returned products, with the exception of the aforementioned costs.

In Szölt & Frog we process all orders with all the care and affection, but… although we try to make it perfect always, we sometime got it wrong…

If we mistakenly send you something wrong, we apologize in advance, we will give ourselves a collejoon and ask you to contact us here indicating the problem.
We are committed to correcting it as soon as possible and in this case without any cost on your part beyond your patience.
