We promise that you will receive your order within 7-10 working days from the moment you make the purchase.
Our transport agency CORREOS EXPRESS and we will work hard to ensure that you receive your szölt&frog products as soon as possible. We want the purchasing and shipping process to be as comfortable and fast as possible for you, so if you have any complaints, doubts or comments, we would be very grateful if you could write to us to let us know. Without knowing it we can’t improve, and a slap on the wrist can come in handy from time to time. Here we are, so please let us know.

SPAIN (Peninsula): 4,90€ - 24h-72h working days
SPAIN (Balearic Islands) and ANDORRA: 8€ - 3 to 5 working days
PORTUGAL, ITALY, GERMANY, THE NETHERLANDS, TURKEY, BELGIUM and FRANCE: £9.99 - 7 to 10 working days
UNITED KINGDOM, AUSTRIA, LUXEMBOURG and POLAND: £15 - 7 to 10 working days
REST OF EUROPE: €20 - 10 working days

For orders over 100€, shipping is free (valid on the Spanish mainland).
For orders over 160€ shipping is free (all other destinations).

We do not ship to the following destinations: Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Jersey, Channel Islands, Guerney, Netherlands Antilles, San Marino, Gibraltar, Greenland, Madeira, Azores, Martinique, French Guiana, Faroe Islands, North Korea and Cuba.

Changes

The most important thing is that you are satisfied with our products, that’s why we give you the FIRST EXCHANGE FREE for all orders with delivery in Spain.

We take the utmost care to ensure that the images of each item and the size information is as accurate as possible.
We have prepared a table of measurements for each article that you can consult here. This table shows the measurements of that product so that you can compare it with another T-shirt, sweatshirt,… that you have at home so that you don’t make a mistake when choosing your Szölt & Frog size.

But don’t worry, if you trust us, you place your order and when the article arrives at home it doesn’t fit as you expected or you need to change the size because you have overdone it with the nougat…, we explain you the procedure to make these changes:

Enter our Returns/Exchanges portal https://e.amphoralogistics.com/Szolt and enter your order number (5-digit number that comes after the "#" symbol in the confirmation email), as well as your postcode of the delivery address.
Select the garments you wish to exchange, as well as the new size you wish to receive.
Our Customer Service team will review your request for approval or contact you if they need more information.
You will be provided with delivery labels, please place the garments in an envelope with the original packaging, attach these labels and take it to the nearest post office.
As soon as we receive your parcel, we will send you the new size requested to your home address.

If the exchange is made outside Spain the cost of the service will be 10€ for the EU, except for the UK which will be 15€, this payment will be made via bank transfer to an account that will be provided.

Free size changes are limited to one change per order (collection/delivery order), with an additional cost in case you would like to make a second change.

Returns
If after receiving your order, for whatever reason you are not happy with it and would prefer to receive a refund, please proceed as follows:

Enter our Returns/Exchanges portal https://e.amphoralogistics.com/Szolt and enter your order number (5-digit number that comes after the “#” symbol in the confirmation email), as well as your postcode of the delivery address.
Select the items you wish to return.
Our Customer Service team will review your request for approval or contact you if further information is required.
You will be provided with delivery labels, please place the garments in an envelope with the original packaging, attach these labels and take it to the nearest post office.
Please note that the cost of the return service will be 5€ for returns in Spain, 10€ EU and 15€ for UK, this amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be returned.
Once verified in our warehouse that the item is in perfect condition you will be refunded the amount paid for the returned products, with the exception of the aforementioned costs.

We messed up…
At Szölt & Frog we process all orders with the utmost care and love, but… although we always try to do it perfectly, we do make mistakes sometimes…
If by mistake we send you something wrong, we apologise in advance, give ourselves a slap in the face and ask you to contact us with the problem, we promise to correct it as soon as possible and in this case at no cost to you other than your patience.
